Insignia Mortgage came to us with a legacy website built in WordPress and some solid branding. Their old home page was cluttered and there was little focus on their main product offerings. We created focal areas using icons, brand colors and calls-to-action. We have iterated the website several times. We implemented custom code to pull mortgage rate calculations from a Google spreadsheet to minimize opportunities for human error that could occur when entering in weekly rates to three decimal points. We also took advantage of rate feeds from the Federal Reserve to display market indexes.
We expanded their services section to showcase six main categories of specialized mortgage programs. This will help provide more information to interested site visitors, and should help their SEO as well. We streamlined the CTAs focused on conversions and integrated SalesForce so that leads will be captured in their current CRM. Email subscriptions are integrated with MailChimp, tying into their various email campaigns. The backend structure was rebuilt to handle content better so that site administrators will be able to update the site more efficiently.
